Offshore wind energy has access to stronger and more consistent winds, allowing for the use of larger turbines. The design of jacket / monopile foundations for offshore wind turbines typically relies on design loads from an integrated aero-elastic model of  the full turbine structure  and  a reduced (super element) representation of the foundation.

Over the years we have established strong credentials by delivering large and heavy, tall and slender, 4 legged and 8 legged jackets for installation in deep water and shallow water depths. We offer EPCI solutions for all major types of fixed foundations:

  • Gravity Based Foundations
  • Monopiles
  • Jacket with pin piles
  • Jackets with suction piles

Some of our key achievements include:

  • 170 Mtrs. 4-legged Jacket in 158 Mtrs. Water depth with 140 Mtrs. Long piles
  • 8-Legged Jacket of 13,500 MT
  • Simultaneous fabrication of 3 jackets, each more than 150 m in length (weight 6,700 – 8,100 MT)
  • Fabrication of 28 jackets of cumulative weight 50,400 MT simultaneously, another 30 under production
  • 32 nos. suction piles for 8-legged jacket and piles with total weight of 16,300 MT
