Transportation & Installation Services

Transportation & Installation is a part of all executed EPCIC projects. Following are some of the executed projects:

PTTEPI, Zawtika Development Project Phase 1A – 3 Wellhead Platforms and 21 kms subsea pipelines in Thailand. The subsea pipelines have been installed in water depth of ~130 m. The structures transported over 3000 nautical miles from the fabrication yard to the installation site in Myanmar required high end transportation & fatigue analyses. 24 single piece piles, each 140-150 m long and weighing 400-450 MT were transported on barges with an overhang of 27 mts.

Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC), New Water Injection South-R Project- 1 Water Injection Platform, 100 men Living Quarter Platform and major modification works on existing platforms.

Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC), Heera Phase III Development - 2 Well Head Platforms, 48 Kms subsea pipelines and modifications on 7 Well Head Platforms/Process Platform in Heera Field on West Coast of India.

Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC),Development of Cluster 8 Marginal Field Project - 3 Wellhead Platforms, 1 bridge connected well head cum riser platform, 59km pipelines, 3 clamp-on structure, modification on two platform

Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC), T&I Daman Development Project - T&I of 5 Wellhead Platforms, ~72 Km of subsea pipelines in waters having adverse currents (> 4 knots) with poor subsea conditions (Near Zero Visibility) and strong tidal / currents variations.

Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC), Balance Work of Pipeline Replacement Project 4 – 86 km of subsea pipelines, risers & I/J tubes, crossings & free span corrections and Topside modifications at 42 platforms (Demolition and installation of risers and launchers; Deck Extensions (~200 MT); new/modification of Shutdown Panels), Demolition of 53 of redundant risers and Minor/Punch works at 23 platforms.
