Process Complex and Wellhead Platforms

  • Our track record consists of EPCIC of 10 new process platforms, 75 Wellhead Platforms (Jacket + Topside), 25 Wellhead Topsides only, 28 Wellhead Jackets only and 230 Platform modification works. Following are the some of the executed /under execution EPCIC projects:

  • Saudi Aramco, Marjan Increment Program Offshore Oil Package # 2 Project - 9 Oil Production Deck Modules, 1 Tie-in platform Module, 3 Tie-in Platforms, 250 Kms Cable, 220 Kms Pipelines and Brownfield Modifications in Zuluf Fields, Saudi Arabia.

  • Saudi Aramco, 28 Jackets Project - 28 Jackets in Zuluf, Marjan, Safaniya & Ribyan offshore fields of Saudi Arabia 

  • Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC),Development of Cluster 8 Marginal Field Project - 3 Wellhead Platforms, 1 bridge connected well head cum riser platform, 59km pipelines, 3 clamp-on structure, modification on two platform

  • Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC), Heera Phase III Development - 2 WHPs, 48 Kms subsea pipelines and modifications on 7 Well Head Platforms/Process Platform in Heera Field on West Coast of India.

  • Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC), New Water Injection South-R Project - 1 Water Injection Platform, 100 men Living Quarter Platform and major modification works on existing platforms.

  • Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC), Bassein Development 3 Well Platform & Pipeline Project - 3 Wellhead Platforms, Clamp-ons, 23 kms subsea pipelines, 3.5 kms of subsea cable and modifications on 7 platforms.

  • Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC), Neelam Re-development & B173AC Project - 1 Process Platform, 3 Wellhead Platforms, Clamp-ons, 32 Km subsea pipelines and major modification works at 8 existing platforms.

  • Saudi Aramco, Hasbah II Gas increment Project - 6 gas production deck modules, subsea pipelines, composite cables and two tie-in platforms (~7000 MT each). Fully integrated tie-in platforms have been installed by float-over method.

  • Saudi Aramco, Safaniya 4 SSS Decks - 4 Process Deck Modules (Topsides), 14 kms Subsea pipelines, topside tie-ins and 33 Kms 15 KV Subsea cables.

  • Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC), Bassein Development Project - 1 Process Platform, 45 men Living Quarter Platform, 1 Wellhead Platform, 12 km subsea pipelines, bridges and modifications at BPA complex Western Offshore, India. The project was being monitored by the Govt. of India and the project was completed ahead of schedule.

  • PETRONAS Carigali Myanmar (Hong Kong), Yetagun North Phase V Development Project - 1 Wellhead Platform, 11.3 km subsea pipelines and major brownfield works on existing process platform which were completed ahead of schedule in Client specified shutdown period.

  • PTTEPI, Zawtika Development Project Phase 1A - 3 Wellhead Platforms and 21 kms subsea pipelines in Thailand. The platforms have been installed in seismic zone with analysis of last 100 years earthquake data incorporated in the design of the platforms.

  • ADMA-OPCO, ULN Phase-1 Field Development Project - 4 Wellhead Platforms, 1 Riser Manifold, 103 km Subsea pipelines and 55 km of Fibre Optic Cables in Nasr and Umm Lulu Fields.

  • Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC), MHN Process Platform & Living Quarters Project - India’s largest process complex comprising a 26,500 MT Process Platform, 1 Living Quarters Platform, 3 Process Gas Compression Modules, 2 flare platforms with jackets. The 13,500 MT 8-legged process platform jacket was fabricated in a record time of 11 months.
