Sohar Oman
The Modular Fabrication Yard at Sohar, North Oman is in what is termed as the ‘gateway to the Gulf, owing proximity to the ports of Muscat and Dubai and other important locations in the Gulf region. It is ideally suited to serve the oil rich Gulf region and North Africa. The yard is the largest such facility in Oman, with the attendant advantages of being contiguous with the Sohar Industrial Port.
The Sohar facility has an all-weather captive jetty with breakwater. The yard layout offers a depth of more than a kilometre which can be leveraged for Fabrication and Assembly of long process trains and piperack trains which can be match marked prior to shipment in transportable dimensions.
