Modular Fabrication Facility, Kattupalli is located on India’s east coast, near Chennai. The yard is part of L&T’s sprawling 1,200-acre marine complex which lies in a Special Economic Zone and includes a shipbuilding and ship-repair yard as well as a port and freight container station.
The yard layout offers a depth of about 1.5kms which can be leveraged for Fabrication and Assembly of long process trains and pipe-rack trains which can be match marked prior to shipment in transportable dimensions.
