Onshore Modules and Structures:

  • Pre-Assembled Units (PAU) Modules:

    Fully assembled and pre-commissioned multi-disciplined Process Modules incorporating tagged equipment, and all structural steel, piping, fireproofing, insulation, electrical and instrumentation that lies within the module boundary. ‘Plug and Play’ modules ready to install and commission at site.

  • Pre-Assembled Piperack (PAR) Modules:

    Fully assembled piping modules includes majorly piping, steel structures, electrical and instrument cable trays, fireproofing and insulation that minimizes piping fabrication at site. These modules are suitable for main process pipe racks as well as off-site and utility pipe racks.

  • Pre-Assembled Manifold (PAM) Modules:

    Fully assembled manifold modules includes majorly valves, piping, steel structures, tagged Electrical & Instrumentation items, cable trays, fireproofing and insulation.

  • Modular Furnaces and Modular Reformer Package:

    Refinery, Petrochemical and Fertilizers packages can be offered in Modular construction to minimize site work and risks involved in working at height. 

    CCR Modules can be fabricated in horizontal position, designed for shipment, transported and erected vertically at site. Similarly, various ‘degrees of modularization’ can be determined for Cracking Furnace and Reformer Package, either fully assembled or separate modular sections.

  • Equipment Skids:

    Complete equipment package, easily transportable with support frames and structures. This includes process equipment and other ancillary items like piping, E&I bulks, etc. High fabrication quality is maintained vis-a-vis stick built.

  • Pipe Spool Fabrication and Pre-Assembled Steel Structures

  • Modular Technical Buildings:

    We offer single point responsibility for complete Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Factory Acceptance Testing and Site support for Modular Technical Buildings. This includes Electrical Technical Buildings, Package Control Buildings, Laboratory Buildings etc. Our offering is inclusive of Structural, HVAC System, Architectural, Fire Detection & Fire Suppression System, Electrical Distribution, Earthing and illumination System. Buildings can be designed and fabricated as single or multiple modules to accommodate any transportation envelope restrictions up to the project site location. We have a proven track record of successfully delivering such Buildings with the highest level of client satisfaction in India, Middle East, Africa and Europe.
