We believe Leadership Development is an essential step to achieve our business goals.

A comprehensive 7-Step Leadership Pipeline Development process has been established in partnership with Corporate HR to enable the development of a robust pipeline of leaders with a truly global mind-set. The Leadership Programmes are customised to employees at different levels in the organisation. While the First-Level Leadership Program (FLP) nurtures leadership skills for the front line high potentials, there are separate programmes for middle level & senior managers who are at the threshold of stepping into business leader’s role.

The programmes are designed to expand our global leadership capability and enrich the talent pool at L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering.  We have tie ups with premier institutions in India and abroad for design and delivery of the programmes. For MEP, TLTGC and Global MEP we have partnered with IIM-A and SP Jain, Dubai; likewise we have tie ups with Stephen M. Ross School of Business, University of Michigan, USA and Harvard Business School for GLDP and Global CEO programs.

Selected senior leaders are sent to LSB, HBS, Wharton, INSEAD and IMD. The Group Executive Chairman Mr. A.M. Naik and the Executive Directors also personally mentor the Business Heads and their senior colleagues in the organisation. We have embarked on this leadership journey to nurture our leaders who will challenge the status quo and expand our horizon to build L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering, into a professionally managed Indian multinational.
