Our Modular Fabrication vertical is a unique combination of fabrication yards backed by rich and extensive experience of project Engineering, Procurement and Construction/ Installation and commissioning (EPCC / EPIC) in both Offshore and Onshore domains.

We have state-of-the-art Modular Fabrication Facilities strategically located at:

Hazira on the west coast of India
Kattupalli near Chennai on the east coast of India
Sohar in Oman
Jubail in Saudi Arabia

All our facilities are situated on water front and have world class load-out jetties suitable for dispatch of over-dimensional and heavy modules onto ocean going vessels and barges. The current cumulative annual fabrication capacity of the three yards is in excess of 200,000 MT (~45 Million Man-hours).

In addition to the Offshore structures such as Platforms, Living Quarter Modules, Compressor Modules, Jackets, Bridges, Structures for Deepwater Subsea as well as Offshore Windfarm projects and revamp/refurbishment of Jack-up rigs we also offer Onshore Modules such as Pre-Assembled Units (PAU), Manifold Modules (PAM), Piperack Modules (PAR), E-Houses, Modular CCR Units, Modular Specialty Furnaces and Equipment & Skids.

With the strong experience in engineering services, we cater to engineering needs of the customer right from the concept stage till fabrication as well as loadout engineering and transportation analysis.
