Subsea Pipelines

We have a track record of installing more than 1258+ Kms of Subsea pipelines ranging from water depth of 50 m to 150 m in multiple geographies. Following are some of the executed EPCIC projects:

PTTEPI, Zawtika Development Project Phase 1A – 3 Wellhead Platforms and 21 kms subsea pipelines in Thailand. The subsea pipelines have been installed in water depth of ~130 m.

Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC), Pipeline Replacement Project (PRP) - 221kms of rigid & flexible subsea pipelines (45 segments) in 3 phases in Mumbai High, Heera, Neelam & Bassein Field, West Coast, India.

Saudi Aramco, Marjan Increment Program Offshore Oil Package # 2 Project - 9 Oil Production Deck Modules, 1 Tie-in platform Module, 3 Tie-in Platforms, 250 Kms Cable, 220 Kms Pipelines and Brownfield Modifications in Zuluf Fields, Saudi Arabia.

Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC), Balance Work of Pipeline Replacement Project 4 – 86 km of subsea pipelines, risers & I/J tubes, crossings & free span corrections and topside modifications at 42 platforms.

Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC), KG-DWN-98/2 SURF+SPS Project – Procurement and coating of ~500 kms linepipes, Stalk fabrication of ~ 300 kms linepipes, Fabrication, testing & loadout of ~ 185 subsea structures including 6 subsea manifolds, Onshore pipeline installation.
