FIPI Names L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering ‘EPC Company of the Year’

The award recognises our commendable performance in a year filled with uncertainty and challenges.
At a high-profile gathering of business leaders from India’s oil & gas sector, senior bureaucrats and government officials in New Delhi the Federation of Indian Petroleum Industry (FIPI) named L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering ‘EPC Company of the Year’ for 2020.
Mr. S.N. Subrahmanyan, Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director, L&T and Mr. Subramanian Sarma, Whole-time Director & Sr. Executive Vice President (Energy), L&T accepted the coveted trophy and the citation from Shri Dharmendra Pradhan, the then Hon’ble Minister for Petroleum & Natural Gas and Steel, GoI.
The award recognised our commendable performance in a year filled with uncertainty and challenges. The recognition from the highly reputed industry association is a source of enormous pride and satisfaction for all of us at L&T.
FIPI is an apex society of entities in the hydrocarbon sector and acts as an industry interface with Government and regulatory authorities. The FIPI awards recognise activities carried out by EPC firms and assess their contribution in terms of overall business performance, project management, quality, and health & safety among other things.
