Safety is a core value. Our Zero-Incident Credo at project sites highlights the importance we attach to the health and occupational safety of personnel at every stage - design, engineering, construction, start-up and commissioning.

We are committed to continual improvement of our business processes by using internationally accepted standards. Our corporate policy reflects an Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, Occupational Health & Safety, IT Security and Human Resources. It implements globally recognised standards such as ISO 9001 / ISO 29001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 50001.

A centralised Management Systems Cell administers these functions. Internal audits and management reviews at various levels ensure compliance. L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering participates in the National Committee and in the International Organisation for Standardisation ISO/TC 176 and ISO/IEC/JTCI/SC 27 development.
