The Company's philosophy on Corporate Governance is in line with L&T Group’s Philosophy and is built on a rich legacy of fair and transparent governance and disclosure practices, many of which were in existence even before they were mandated by legislation.

Our Environment Management System is ISO 14001 certified, hence care for environment is an integral part of our business strategy. We have well developed Environmental Objectives which embeds environment management in our project designs and facilities.
